I bought these Uggs for my daughter and she has had them almost a month and hasn't put on any other shoes since they arrived! She says they are the warmest most comfortable shoes she has ever worn, and would like a second pair for Christmas!

They still look like new, When I'm not wearing them I have them in the box and the mold things to keep its shape. and a few times a month I'll spray them with the stuff and it keeps 'em looking new.

I'm sorry, I have spent so long writing this e-mail, but I would like to thank you for excellent customer service. When I first put my order, I was told that shipping will take 4-5 working days, but also quite normal. Within 20 minutes I receive another e-mail said that China's shipbuilding orders earlier than expected is good.
